Attendly Card signs you in with your phone number. You enter the number, we text you a short code, and you type the code back in. There is no password to forget.

If the code does not arrive:

• Check that the number you typed is the one your church has on file for you.
• Wait a full minute before asking for another code — a new code cancels the old one.
• If your church has not added you yet, no code will work. Ask them to add you first.

You do not need a phone to attend. Every church using Attendly can check you in at the door without one, and a printed card works just as well as the app.

Attendance is recorded by your church, not by us — so your church's own records are the ones that count, and only your church can correct them. If a service is missing from your history, speak to whoever runs check-in there.

If the app shows something different from what your church's records show, email us and we will look at the sync.

Ask your church directly. Service times, where the welcome desk is, who to see about your membership, and which courses you are enrolled in are all set by your church and are different at every one of them. We do not hold that information and cannot answer for them.

We can help with the app itself: signing in, the QR card, notifications, your account, and anything that looks like a bug.

You can delete it yourself from inside Attendly Card, or ask us to do it. Either way it is permanent. See Delete your account for exactly what is removed and what is kept.

If you also help run your church's Attendly account, the app will ask you to contact us instead. That is deliberate: deleting it in the app would remove your administrator login too, and there is no way to undo it. Email us and we will handle it with you.
